Every new client begins with our 14-day 360° program - 14 days of experiencing essentially everything FE, from strategy and assessment to one-on-one and micro group training. You have access to it all.
Below, for your reference, you will find an overview of the 14-day 360°. Please read it carefully so you understand the components, what’s available to you, and how to maximize them during the next 14 days.
At the end of 14 days, there will be a decision point of how to move forward. Is it a more customized approach with one-on-one training? Is it more of a group setting with micro group training? Is it training on your own, outside of FE? Or, is it a combination?
We’ll give our prescription, and together - based on your goals, availability and budget - a decision can be made. .

STEP 1 (DAY 1): INITIAL STRATEGY SESSION
Your 14-day 360° experience kicks off with our initial strategy session to talk through a blueprint for results. This session typically takes about 30 minutes. Prior to the session we ask that you complete a questionnaire (link below) so we have appropriate background information. During our 30 minutes together we will discuss more about YOU, YOUR BODY and YOUR GOALS - and how we get you from point A to point B.
STEP 2: NUTRITION CONSULTATION (30 mins)
With a training game plan in hand, a meeting with our registered dietitian, Jaime Rothermich, is next to help align your training plan with nutrition. To be clear, this meeting is not about creating a meal by meal, food by food, customized eating plan. It is simply a session to see what role nutrition has played in your past, how it can better align with your training/goals, and laying out options for a strategy moving forward.

STEP 3: NUTRITION TOOL KIT (online)
Although nutrition is typically a very INDIVIDUALIZED component of fitness, we believe that everyone should have a basic foundation to work from. That foundation is a daily caloric level, whether it is a caloric deficit, caloric surplus, or caloric maintenance (depending on whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain or maintenance).
Every client should know their number. And our nutrition tool kit, complete with video, formulas and cheat sheet as designed by our dietitian, Jaime Rothermich, to help calculate a basic range is available to each 14-day 360° client here.
(We recommend every new client should go through this information and ‘know their number’ prior to meeting with Jaime.)
STEP 4: TWO, ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS (60 minutes each)
Customized, one-on-one program design and personal training is the foundation of our business. We strategically include two sessions of this type of training into your 14-day 360° program so you can get a feel for our approach, its effectiveness, and our training style.
Trust us, these workouts will be grueling (and we mean that in the best way possible!). But they are also an opportunity for us to understand you better. These sessions will focus on what we call the six foundational movements (squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull & carry) to get a better understanding of how your body moves and what limitations you may have.
(Your one-on-one sessions will be scheduled during your initial strategy session. If you must cancel either of them, please do so outside of a 12-hour window to avoid an applicable charge.)
STEP 5: MICRO GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS (60 minutes each)
Aside from one-on-one training, we also offer micro group training (small group sessions of no more than six participants per session.)
Micro group training involves a pre-set schedule of weekly sessions (see schedule below). Although programming is more generic, it is strategic … and because the group size is small, our trainers are able to integrate individualized tweaks. A “stations” format is utilized, and the focus is on mobility, stability and LiFEstrength.
You can take part in as many micro group sessions as you can during your 14-day 360*. Remember, sessions are limited to no more than six individuals, so capacities do apply.
(During your 14-day 360°, schedule any micro group sessions by directly contacting Tony Muyco or your personal trainer. Remember, capacities apply so schedule early to help ensure a spot.)
STEP 6 (Day 14): DECISION POINT
At the end of your 14-day 360°, it’s time to decide how to move forward.
Is a more customized approach with one-on-one training your preferred route?
Maybe you prefer more of a small group setting, and the affordability of micro group training?
Or, maybe a combination of the two is best.
At the end of 14 days, we’ll review options with you and prescribe our best recommendation for moving forward.
