Our active starting point for all clients that combines real training sessions (1-on-1 and micro group) with hands-on assessment—built to give you clarity, direction, and a plan designed for long-term results.
1-on-1 & Micro Group Training
The highest degree of training and personalization from university-degreed and certified coaches. We TRAIN FOR LIFE, which means we believe in movement, and maximizing it through the various stages of life.
Re-assessment
Through regular reassessments—including InBody scan technology—we measure your progress and refine your program to ensure it continues to evolve with your body, life & results.
WHO WE ARE

We TRAIN FOR LIFE (and have been doing it for over 10 years).
We are not an open 'gym.' Our business is personal & Micro Group Training (MGT).
We aren't the biggest (by choice). We move the needle for clients by being small, but MIGHTY!
Client programs are filtered through an overarching umbrella of LifeStrength, Stability & Mobility.
We have six personal trainers (but we prefer to call them 'coaches').
Our one-on-one training programs offer the highest level of customization and personalization.
MGT is small group training, and the most cost-effective way to tap into the benefits and expertise of personal training, Functional Elements Style.
We use InBody 570 body composition technology to help measure whole-body results.
Our on-site dietitian (RD/LD) helps clients align their nutrition with their training.

A comprehensive assessment (every nine weeks) is a cornerstone of our one-on-one training program. And it goes well beyond standard measures like body fat and weight. We look at how your body is trending in everything from skeletal muscle mass and body fat mass to basal metabolic rate and visceral fat levels. Plus, a comprehensive movement screen to properly understand strengths, limitations and opportunities used in the design of your next training program.
