OUR ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING PROCESS

  • Step 1: 14-day 360°

    It’s how every new client begins at Functional Elements. 14 days of the very best that Functional Elements has to offer, at at incredibly low rate. It’s also your chance to evaluate us, while we use the time to better understand you. For complete details on the 14-day 360° click here.


  • Step 2: One-on-one Training Program

    It’s time to work. And we’re gonna do it for approx. eight weeks, for the optimal window of body adaptation and results. Luckily, from the 14-day 360°, we’ve got a roadmap in hand that was built for YOU.

    It’s you, your program, and your Functional Elements trainer fully aligned and focused on every movement, cue and necessary tweak along the way. Train 1-5x per week depending on your needs, schedule and budget.

  • Step 3: Re-Assessment

    After eight weeks of training, it’s time to re-assess, including a complete InBody scan, interview & 6-phase movement screen. Why? Two reasons.

    First, that which is measured is managed. And second, results and progress need to drive the design of the next program. With results in hand your coach will custom design your program used in the next 8-10 week training window.
