TO ALL MICRO GROUP TRAINING CLIENTS:
First off, thank you so much for your participation in our MICRO GROUP TRAINING (MGT) program over the past few months. We've had some really great sessions and made some great progress ... we hope you've enjoyed the journey so far as much as we have.
The demand we have had for MGT continues to grow, and we are currently in the process of adding sessions to not only accommodate more participants, but to increase the flexibility and options for members.
As such, it's time to streamline our process a bit over the coming days. As we move forward, below and to the right are a few things to be aware of.
Please read carefully and let us know what additional questions or issues you may have. Of course, these will be a slight change to what you are used to, and we apologize for any inconvenience. It is our utmost goal to make sure that this transition for you (our earliest micro group adopters) is as simple as possible.
Also, please keep in mind this is a new system. It is not perfect, and we understand that. Whatever suggestions you have for improvement are more than welcome. We look forward to your feedback!

MGT PRICING & MEMBERSHIP
Micro Group Monthly Membership: $269
Access to as many sessions as you wish each month (limit of 1 per day; session capacity of 6 applies)
Includes monthly InBody scan & preferred advance booking for sessions
For two or more sessions per week, this is the most cost-effective way to go
4-pack and Single Sessions:
4-pack of sessions: $140 ($35/session)
Single session: $45
*Monthly memberships automatically renew every month. $269 is an introductory rate that will be good through 7/31/23. To cancel a monthly membership, please provide written notice at least 14 days prior to your monthly refresh date to functionalelements@gmail.com.
NEW CLIENTS
FYI - as of 2/6/23, all new FE clients (including MGT clients) must register for our '14-day 360' program as a first step, prior to participating in a training session.
This is a 14-day onboarding protocol for all new clients to FE. It will still allow for immediate MGT participation, but it also provides additional value and multiple touch points for us to assess the new client for any necessary tweaks in their participation/programming.

CANCELLATION
A 12-hr cancellation policy is in place for all FE training, including MGT sessions. If you reserve a spot in a session, but must cancel, please do so 12 hours or more in advance. Cancelling inside the 12-hour window will forfeit a paid session. This also applies if you do not show to a pre-scheduled session.
If you are a monthly member and fail to cancel outside of the 12-hr window OR are a no-show, an additional $35 charge will be applied to your account.
It’s essential that all participants have access to all available micro group session slots. If you can’t make a scheduled session, please simply cancel outside of the 12-hour window. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Much appreciated.
To cancel:
Log into your account on the Mind Body app
Click on the date of your pre-scheduled session
Click on the ‘BOOKED’ button of your applicable session time
At the bottom of the screen you will see a ‘CANCEL’ button
A pop up will show asking you if you wish to cancel your booking; click CANCEL BOOKING
SESSION CAPACITY & ADVANCE BOOKING
For the benefit of participants, each session will have a cap of 6 participants.
As such, pre-registration is recommended via the MindBody app.
Monthly members will have advance booking ability (up to 1 month prior to sessions).
All other participants may book up to a week in advance, with paid sessions.

Download the MindBody app to your phone for convenient scheduling (may also be done online at www.mindbodyonline). If you do not already have a registered log in, you will need to create one. Please let your trainer know if you have issues and we will walk you through the process.
